Holding our residential builder's license, Rafal brings credentials and an impressive academic background to every project. He earned a degree in physics from Furman University in 1999 — meaning he genuinely understands forces, loads, and why things should not fall down. He inspects our work, ensuring everything is built correctly, safely, and to code before sign-off.
Sebastian is the driving force behind Kamien Builders — on the tools every day, managing projects from first conversation to final walkthrough. A graduate of The Citadel with degrees in Finance and Business Administration, and a former Division I tennis player, he brings both the discipline and business acumen to run a construction company the right way. Sebastian holds himself to a simple standard: every job is done as if it were his own home. He is actively pursuing additional licenses to continue expanding Kamien Builders' capabilities across South Carolina and North Carolina.
With decades of hands-on experience across construction, renovation, and property management, Lukasz brings a depth of practical knowledge that is hard to teach. His sharp eye for structural integrity, materials, and long-term durability has shaped the standards Kamien Builders holds itself to. He advises on complex projects, reviews quality at every stage, and ensures the work we deliver is built to last — not just built to look good.
